Program Information

Educators offer hands-on, experimental activities to support your science curriculum and/or program needs.

Both US Fish and Wildlife Service and SC Department of Natural Resources permits insure that migratory bird artifacts can be included in the related programs.

Age specific and appropriate program activities may include “critter” artifacts, live critters, songs to sing, stories, puppetry, arts and crafts, nature walks on your site, movement, touch and observation.

The activities focus on smaller group experiences, where multiple sessions can provide similar opportunities for the designated age group.

With prior arrangements, activities are designed and available for every age, interest and skill level at schools, churches, clubs, festivals and other events within the boundaries of South Carolina. Sample program(s) are provided upon request.

As grants and donations are received, the programs are provided free to participants. Contributions are tax deductible and always appreciated.

The following are only some of the school, group and/or special event programs:

  • Birds, Beaks, and Migration
  • Watershed Fun
  • Flowers and Pollinators
  • Beavers, Coyotes, and Deer, Oh, My!
  • Soil and the Hidden Secrets
